Terms of use

HEAT is a website on the Flare network where you can swap tokens through the HeatSwap contract and share your trades and views with others. HEAT is non-custodial: it never holds your funds or your keys. Every trade is a transaction you sign in your own wallet.

Nothing on HEAT is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Prices, charts, PnL, ranks, trending lists and theses are information and opinions only. Theses are the views of the people who wrote them, not of HEAT. Make your own decisions.

Crypto assets are volatile and can lose all of their value. Small tokens can be illiquid, carry transfer taxes, or be scams. Smart contracts, including HeatSwap and the protocols it routes through, can have bugs. Prices can move between the quote and your trade. A trade on chain is final and cannot be reversed. Only trade what you can afford to lose.

HEAT takes 0.25% of each swap made through HeatSwap. The contract sends it to the HEAT treasury. Network gas and pool fees are separate. The fee is shown before you sign.

Prices, market caps, charts, holders and PnL come from public on-chain data and third-party sources. They can be late, incomplete or wrong. PnL on HEAT counts only trades made on HEAT. Check anything important yourself before you rely on it.

Signing in is a free signature, not a transaction. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and everything signed with them. One name per wallet. Some names are reserved. HEAT can remove or change a name that impersonates someone or misleads others.

You keep the rights to what you post (name, bio, photo, theses) and allow HEAT to show it on HEAT. Do not post anything illegal, impersonation, scams or pump calls made to deceive, spam, hate or harassment, other people's private data, or content you have no right to use. HEAT can remove content and hide accounts at its discretion, without notice.

You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax rules. Do not use HEAT where doing so is against the law for you, or to break the law.

HEAT is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Features can change, pause or stop at any time.

As far as the law allows, HEAT and the people who build it are not liable for any loss or damage from using HEAT, including losses from trades, price moves, smart contract or protocol failures, wrong or late data, wallet problems, content posted by others, or HEAT being unavailable.

These terms can change. The date above shows the latest version. Using HEAT after a change means you accept it.
